Lets say someone calls you an idiot or some negative label or just talks about you in a negative way. If one doesnt accept these negative labels or believe the negative discourse being spoken about oneself, where does that negative energy go?
If you don’t accept negative energy, it will go back into the nothingness from which it came. It’s like turning on a light in a dark room. The darkness disappears. It doesn’t go anywhere. The darkness does not go to a place. It vanishes and becomes light.
