I am especially interested in narration (Voice, speaking, tone or the narrator) and content (sophisticated).
He has a very down-to-earth approach. It almost sounds simplistic at times but the wisdom and Spirit behind the words brings a transformation of consciousness. For example he says, “While washing the dishes, one should only be washing the dishes, which means that while washing the dishes one should be completely aware of the fact that one is washing the dishes.”
This may seem so obvious but most people rush through tasks they find unpleasant and boring. They daydream, skip ahead to the future, worry about the past, and do anything but direct their attention to the present moment. They resist the present moment instead. And resisting the present moment brings unhappiness. So really being with washing the dishes bypasses all this unhappiness and brings peace.
