I can see auras as well as energy fields around people. It is something I often turn off because it can interfere with performing simple activities, such as driving. It is also too much input when I enter a room full of people and see all these fields that are normally invisible to most people.
I turn this ability on when requested to do so, otherwise I consider it an invasion of people’s privacy.

It’s not easy to describe because it is not really seeing, it is a combination of feeling and seeing.
