It is very possible to achieve world peace but first we must collectively move to a higher level of consciousness than what many of us are living in now. We have the potential to move beyond the hate-spewing, violent, greedy, and fearful beings we demonstrate ourselves to be throughout the world and move into a much more sensible and happy existence.
We have this potential because many of us have achieved this level of consciousness already. We see that if we continue in the outmoded ways of the past, we will destroy ourselves and this planet. As this consciousness grows, it will crowd out the lower, destructive pathways of ego-based thought.
Years ago it was considered impossible for women to vote or even run a marathon. Today we see these outdated mental patterns have dissolved. So too, it is possible to achieve world peace when the ancient patterns that have not served mankind are replaced by those who recognize the limitless possibilities of living in peace.
