If you could "cure" one thing and one thing only, what would that be and why?

I would cure the non-stop fearful restlessness of the ego-mind. It is the root of most of the sickness and violence in the world. So many of our modern diseases are the result of our stressed-out mind. For example, more men have heart attacks at 8:30 Monday morning because they hate their jobs, the traffic they go through to get there, the bills they have to pay, which forces them to have jobs they don’t enjoy and the people that stress them out.

Finding the calmness within is the only cure for this never-ending turmoil that is engendered by the fearful mind.
