I love mindfulness, metta and vipassana. But I'm not sure of what meditation will I stick to. I want all of the benefits of the three. Is that possible?

Beginning with the end in mind, which is inner peace and deeper understanding, then any meditational modality is the perfect one if you achieve this goal.
